Brick Racers, 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Brick Racers is a hands-on STEM enrichment camp that allows campers to see how gears and axles work together to make vehicles move. Each day campers will build 1-2 motorized cars and drive them through obstacles that they build from LEGO bricks. This program promotes friendly competition through racing and building. 

Masterbuilder Camp, 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.

Masterbuilder Camp is a creative STEM enrichment camp that challenges campers to complete building challenges with directions and without. They will learn key elements in building strong structures. Each day our campers will participate in building challenges based on the LEGO Masters TV show. Older campers will also practice coding with Jr Robotics models.

Bricks 4 Kidz camps can tend to be a little more loud than our other camps. Please take this into consideration when registering if your participant may have sensory overload. 

Both Wednesday evening and Friday morning options offered for the entire summer.  Ideal for new players and intermediate players hoping to build on skills.  Families choose between attending Once Weekly or Both Classes weekly.

Enchanted Gardens, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Campers will explore all things gardening! Students will have fun with gardening, plants, and herbs while also learning about composting. Your little gardener will gain understanding of using herbs with food and eating some yummy treats. Participants will create a painted pot and take home and apron and tools!

• Cost: $165 plus a $20 supply fee

Kids on Broadway Musical, 1:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m.

This is an Intro class to include acting, singing, and dancing.  Dancing- Focus on beginner musical theatre dance,  history and stylization of a dance combination and creative movement and storytelling. Acting- we would work on a scene through the week.   We will discuss character Development and analysis in the context of the scene, use of body and movement, and stage presence.  Warm up exercises, acting and improv games, and teambuilding will also be used. Showcase at the end of the week.

This advanced tennis program is designed for players already on school teams or training to make teams. Emphasis is on point situations, strategy, and designing tournament plans to meet player goals. Players choose between attending one day per week or both days each week all summer.

Our ultra-popular program that includes several versions of Dodgeball. The emphasis is on fun, teamwork and exercise. We will play many different versions of the classic game using the new coated foam balls. These balls are perfect for safe FUN play! Groups divided based on ages. Please bring a snack and gym shoes.

Explore all aspects of flower design form basic arranging to crafting with flowers. Each camper’s experience will be hands-on as they grow their love of blooms. Participants will take their own floral creations home to display their beautiful work! All materials are supplied. 

Acro Tumbling

Develop an awareness of the body and how it moves through space while strengthening and coordinating muscles. Students will learn skills like handstand holds against the wall, forward roll, backward roll, bridge, back bend, handstand to bridge, and cartwheel.

Creative Movement and Improvisation

Learn how to put your imagination and movement to music by exploring dance and physical motor skills. Students will foster creativity, learn basic principles of dance, and discover the joys of movement!

Dress Code: Form fitting athletic wear and bare feet. Long hair must be tied back. No jewelry allowed. 

Prosper Fishing Camp is an unforgettable experience that leaves you hooked on old school FUN. Our camp caters to all skill levels, offering hands-on experiences in knot tying, lure exploration, live bait techniques, and casting clinics. Campers are encouraged to bring their own poles and tackle for personalized guidance. If they don’t have equipment, we will have some to share.

Smarty Arty Camp: June 24-27, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m.

We will explore all things summer by making some interactive projects that are simple yet fun to make! This camp will focus more on crafting and less on art making skills and techniques. Projects will include: American themed weaving, Summertime Bobble Head Animal, Popsicle Beach House, T-Shirt Tye-dye!

Novice: 4:45-5:45 p.m.

Explore fundamental chess concepts such as the board, its pieces, rules, and phases of the game. Students will learn basic tactics, game positions, material advantage, exchanges, calculate simple exchanges (or trades). The Novice Level is for participants with a chess rating range of 0-500. 

Beginner: 4:45-5:45 p.m.

This level teaches transitional tactics between Novice and Intermediate. Students will learn complex exchanges and calculations, how to control the opponent territory, advanced checkmate patterns, positional play, use of their pieces effectively, piece harmony, and pawn formations all while enhancing their chess foundation! This level is for students with a chess rating of 900 to 1200. 

Novice to Beginner: 5:45-6:45 p.m.

Students will learn game positions and piece strengths/ weaknesses. Better way to activate pieces and gain control of the board. They will also learn notations and advanced calculation of exchanges, and basic checkmate patterns. The novice to beginner level is for participants with a chess rating of 500-900.

Creative Movement and Improvisation Fashion & Interior Design: July 8-9, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

In this camp, participants will explore the 4-H Fashion and Interior Design project. Participants will learn the principles of design, be a smart consumer when purchasing clothing and household items, and create their own Storyboard to illustrate their ideas while exploring careers in the fashion and interior design industries.

Foods & Nutrition: July 10-11, 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

In this camp, participants will explore the 4-H Foods and Nutrition project while learning nutrition, food purchasing, food preparation, food safety, and related careers. If you want to be a star in the kitchen, this camp is for you! Participants will create their own strawberry jam to take home!

Bowmen Volleyball camp is tailored for beginners eager to dive into the world of volleyball skills. Focus on fundamentals such as serving, setting, and receiving as our coaches guide you through the basics. This camp provides a dynamic and supportive environment for all participants. Join us for a week of fun and the thrill of mastering the essentials of volleyball!

It's play time! This camp is based on our "all ball approach' of learning and mastering the fundamentals in the game of soccer. Includes games which are fun to play but also physically challenging. It reinforces the idea that youth sports are a 'developmental zone' with lessons and skills lasting a lifetime. Each day finishes with a scrimmage where children can 'play with skills'.

Basketball TECH Camp is designed for players of all skills and abilities that are looking for a serious and fun basketball experience. We focus on individual dribbling skills, passing, and shooting, but learn team concepts to put all of the pieces together. This is a skill-based program which utilizes drills and games to reinforce skills being taught. Part of each class time will used for game scrimmages. Bring a snack, water, and gym shoes.

Join us on the epic piano adventure as we explore music from popular movies like Moana, Enchanto, the Avengers & Star Wars! Roll out pianos will be provided for students to learn and play on. This camp is taught by Prosper's very own Amps & Axes.

Speed Sports is a mulit-sport camp that is super fast and ACTIVE. During this program, players play capture the flag, and group games. Part of the program in used to drill speed movements and we time 40 yard and 5-10-5 pro shuttle. We also allow time at each program for scrimmage. All equipment supplied. Bring Water and a snack. Tent will be placed on the field sideline for cool down and water breaks.

Two week options to pick from.

Rookies Multi Sports is a mulit-sport camp that is super fast and ACTIVE. During this program, players play capture the flag, and group games. Throwing and catching, tag based games and the drill speed movements and to learn it all correctly. We also allow time for scrimmage. All equipment supplied. Bring Water and a snack.

Evening & morning camps that introduce the sport of a lifetime, with emphasis on developing the basic strokes of tennis.  Works great for families committing one week to an activity.

Our Shine program uses soccer to teach life skills to children with developmental challenges. Our coaches use a curriculum designed by educators and child therapists to help children progress while encouraging them to work at their own pace. This class will focus on simplifying soccer into specific components, while teammates work together to build new skills in fun, non-competitive environment.

This class will focus on simplifying soccer into specific components, while teammates work together to build new skill sin a fun, non competitive class. Our puppet friends, Mimi and Pepe, take you and your little one through exciting activities. 

Shining Soccer Stars Ages 4-10, 5:05-5:45 p.m.

Our program teaches soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive educational environment. We use soccer to promote socialization, strengthen peer interactions and advance gross and fine motor skills.

Shining Soccer Stars Ages 10+, 5:50-6:30 p.m.

Participants will learn soccer skills in a fun, non-competitive educational environment. We use soccer to promote socialization, strengthen peer interactions and advance gross and fine motor skills. In this group, we focus on social skills and emphasize the importance of teamwork.

A one time $30 material fee is required the first day of class and includes an Adidas jersey & soccer ball. This fee is required only for new participants. Returning participants do not need to pay this fee again.

Love building and designing super structures? Young architects will test materials, meet design constraints, and dream up amazing structures using a variety of different materials including LEGO bricks. Learn about Greek, Roman and Gothic architecture, by designing a temple, bridges, arches, pediments, "stained glass" widows and more. Kid's will participate in design challenges like earthquake proof building, build structures from around the world and create a LEGO structure that includes architectural design elements.

Soccer Sparks offers age-appropriate soccer classes for kids ages 2 to 12 in a low pressure, high skill learning environment. The Soccer Sparks approach utilizes fun and games so that children develop a passion for soccer without the stress of competitive play. Taught by USSF Nationally Certified coaches, Soccer Sparks' “all-ball” training techniques help kids meet their maximum potential while emphasizing fair play and enjoyment of the sport.

2-3-year-old class

Parent and child soccer! By playing fun games, children improve their blossoming balance, coordination, and general motor skills. Aside from learning how to dribble and strike a soccer ball, children and parents also get the opportunity to share those first, unforgettable, goal-scoring adventures together.

3-4-year-old-class

Kick the ball! The Soccer Sparks 3-4-year-old class is designed to help kids develop their large motor skills and get them running, dribbling, and kicking the ball while having lots of fun. The kids learn the very basics of soccer through skill demonstrations and games as they transition from parent to individual participation.

4-5-year-old-class

Dribble, kick, and pass! The Soccer Sparks 4-5-year-old class is designed to spark an early passion for the game in young players. This class will encourage greater retention of foundational soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, and shooting in a positive environment. Our curriculum includes fun and energetic games that teach kids about playing within a group.

6-9-year-old class

Dazzle with your footwork! The Soccer Sparks 6-9-year-old class utilizes the “all ball” approach to foster skill improvement and build player confidence. Players will learn to solidify such skills as dribbling, passing, trapping, receiving, juggling, and accurate shooting in a supportive team environment. This class emphasizes both personal player development and team play.

We have included more time and games for introducing the children to the awareness of teamwork and utilizing it during the longer scrimmages. This class is recommended for children who have already participated in our soccer skills program or have a prior soccer experience.

This exciting course will stimulate your child's creative instincts and take their imagination across the globe!
