Bowling
Join us every Tuesday for a fun-filled afternoon of bowling, meeting new people, getting exercise, and sharing laughter. Our laid-back group is not a league; there are no obligations, penalties, competition, or teams. You're welcome to come once or on a weekly basis, and we encourage bowlers of all skill levels to join us! Whether you score an 85 or a 185, you'll feel right at home. Registration is not required.

Chair Yoga - 2024 Fall | REGISTER |
Chair yoga is great for those with limited mobility, vertigo, or those who have a sedentary lifestyle. Chair Yoga allows the yoga instructor to adapt postures making it accessible to everyone. A chair practice incorporates all of the tools of a regular yoga class such as deep breathing, postures and relaxation. Watercolor Painting Class - 2024 Fall | REGISTER |
Group water coloring classes led by award winning water color artist, Trish Poupard. Individual classes are $35 plus a $7 supply fee. Sign up for ALL THREE classes for a $15 discount totaling $90 and a $21 supply fee. Beta Fish Watercolor Project: October 26, 1-2:30 p.m.The below picture shows a painting the instructor has transferred and started to ink some lines in. There is no paint yet applied. The class will work from the reference photo using beautiful colors of professional watercolor paint. Supplies: Subject color copy, transfer paper, professional watercolor paper, a palette with paint, pencil, dark blue ink marker, paintbrush, water container, paper towels. Monotone Floral Watercolor Project: November 16, 1-2:30 p.m.Participants will do a miniature version of Trish's painting, below. This is a mini project which teaches artists about the importance of values in a painting. A gorgeous monotone floral will be able to be framed by the students after attaching to the black mat provided. Supplies: Color copy of subject, transfer paper, professional watercolor paper, pencil, palette with paint, paint brush, and a black mat. Poinsettia Watercolor Project: December 14, 1-2:30 p.m.Students will paint a miniature version of Trish's painting below. There will be no mat provided.
